The Medicine Men, Spiritual Leaders of the Native American Nations, and Tribes were gifted with these Spiritual Gifts. To answer that, you have to understand the definition of the word meta-physics. It means 'beyond physics, 'beyond the study of the phenomena of nature.' Saying that metaphysics is beyond the study of nature suggests something supernatural. However, as nothing can exist outside what the Creator created, then nothing is beyond being natural. To our ancestors performing such dances, meditations, and feats of behavior was normal. Supernatural, therefore, is a word that contradicts itself. 'Supernatural' is an play on words, just like “an exact estimate“, ''clean dirt,” “fresh frozen,” and “a definite maybe". How can anything in the Creation be beyond the natural? Everything to the American Indian was natural with his ream of reality. More likely, it is something beyond the understanding of our minds because it is too subtle to be included in today's physics. Let's drop the use of the word supernatural. 'Supernatural' implies that some things are permanently beyond our understanding and that attitude just doesn't make it any more. If something exists, it can be understood. The first step is to admit that it does exist.
For example, the Medicine Man would sometimes use Feathers, Stones, Smoke, Herbs, and other objects to adjust the Aura or Spiritual Light surrounding the body of his patient. He had learned to recognize areas in the human body that produced different shades of light. Darker areas of light meant sickness and lighter areas meant that area was not afflicted. Now there is overwhelming evidence to support the idea that the human spiritual aura exists.. I personally know that for a fact since I have practiced how to see the Aura since 1995. The human aura is an envelope of energy surrounding the physical body. Our Native American forefathers could see this even more that we can today because they were taught that from their birth. We have lost that today. He lived and spoke of it daily. He believed in Mother Earth and the Creator so strong that he could see clearer and stronger. Everyone can currently see the human aura, If he or she believes and practices looking for it.
What will happen when a device is invented which allows the aura to be displayed on a physical monitor screen (and there are presently some of these machines available)? One thing that will happen, is a boost in our ability to diagnose health conditions before they can physically damage us or manifest and cause real damage. We will have to give the credit to the Ameican Indian since it was his gift before the White man made the machine. It is our gift to give since the Creator gave freely to all. The study of energy is in its beginning stage today. Aura energy is life energy, an energy more subtle than electromagnetic energy. While electromagnetic energy deals directly with the physical world, aura energy is pre-physical. Everyone can see it on Mother Earth if you believe, and people in the spirit world can see it, as light. When you go to the spirit world you will only see your spirit form which is your spiritual signature or Aura. It is a definite outline of your physical body but is a spirit. You cannot travel in the spirit world unless you are in spirit form. Spirits can travel through anything and on different dimensions. Therefore there is no limitation to where the Creator will let us go if we are worthy.
Most physical humans do not see it at the present time, although we do have the potential ability to do so by developing our in-built, senses. Research into aura energy today is in its infancy. Remember that electrical energy, in the early 1800s, was still something new and a mere curiosity of scientific pioneers. Little did they know how important electricity would become today.
Electricity, it was said, could be felt from an electric eel, it could be seen in the sky as lightning, and observed in biology as the force which moves muscles. When the a jar, a device for storing a small charge of static electricity, was invented, the door was opened to more research into electricity. Then, with the invention of the chemical battery and its ability to produce a controlled current, laboratory experiments became much easier to perform. It wasn't long before there were instruments to measure voltage, current and resistance. Then, Faraday's inventions of the electric motor and the electric generator opened the way for electricity becoming the new motive power in the Industrial Revolution, largely replacing steam as a working fluid. Today's challenges to physics, and metaphysics, are aura energy and consciousness.
Aura energy research will yield machines which diagnose and heal automatically. I believe that each aura has different colors and according to those colors one can be diagnosed with what ailments he or she has. It will also produce, among countless other benefits, the means to affect and control the weather. Our ancestors performed rain dances and they are not superstition, by the way, they are conscious attempts to alter the balance of energy in the vicinity, which automatically affects the weather conditions. Energy fields are everywhere. Energy devices can also achieve that same effect. Rain-making, energy devices have already succeeded in some basic experiments by others. When some who served on merchant marine ships, they would secure their experimental, energy projector tubes to the deck of the ship. The passage of the ship through water continuously recharged the ship with energy. There projector tubes directed some of that energy towards the sky ahead of the ship. Within 15 minutes rain would appear - on a fine day, around the ship, and nowhere else! The study of consciousness will also expand physics, which is just beginning to recognize the role of consciousness in subatomic behavior. Subatomic particles are displaying signs of consciousness, and this is happening under controlled laboratory conditions. As our Ancestors have written and said and we must realize they spoke the truth and that truth is leading to the realization that the universe, and everything in it, must be conscious. In other words, the universe must be one big, fully aware, inter-connected, Infinite Being. The boundaries between physics and metaphysics will blur as the study of consciousness becomes their common ground. We will truly understand the Indian Circle and how we are all connected, The whole universe, world, animals, humans and all. Our Indian ancestors had become so spiritual and understood this and the white man thought that we were ignorant while we danced for rain, used the feather to adjust the aura and used Mother Earth’s plants to heal ourselves. We must look to our Creator and to our ancestors for the truth to survive. If we do know acknowledge the old ways we will not understand the new ways and they will lead our children to destruction.
We must become more knowledgeable of our Ancestors old ways and how to expand on their ideas, customs, practices, and we will find that we will expand and become a part of the Circle of Light which should be one the most important aspect in our lives. Teaching our children should be a daily practice of us telling them of the old ways. If we do perform our duties then we are lost and so are our children. The big turning point will occur when we start to understand the fact that our Ancestors were on the right path to attain their positions in the Spirit World."
