Immune System Herbal Tea
Health disasters don’t just happen they are triggered by a chain of events. Our hu-man (divine mortals) bodies are protected by a set of checks and balances, our soul or immortal being, our aura, or our magnetic fields that surrounds our carnal body, our spirit, which is eternal, our immune system is the only way of maintaining a healthy properly functioning system.  It is our immune system that fights every kind of assault to the body, from a little cut on your finger to a pyramid of viruses.  Even the aging process can be closely related to the functioning of the immune system to the passage of time.  Weakening of the immune system or our build in protection, sometimes I like to think of it as our human (tannins) such as Mother Earth’s plants and herbs have the similar protection against forces such as bugs, viruses, and other things that seek to destroy them.
In simple form it is the immune system’s task to identify those things that are “self” (that naturally belong in the body) and those that are “nonself” (foreign or other wise harmful substances, diseases etc).  It is the immune system’s responsibility to act on those and call upon the body to neutralize or destroy them.  The immune system is unlike any other system in the body, it is not a group of physical structures but a system of complex interactions involving many different organs, structures, and substances, among them white blood cells, bone marrow, the lymphatic vessels, and organs, specified cells found in various body tissues, and present in the blood. I like to add one and that is your spirit. It is all brought together to fight infections, viruses, and diseases. When we are born it is all functional.  It has not yet reached its height of performance and does not function as well as adults.  The Creator, Great Spirit, or God places it within us whichever you would like to call him.  The immune system has a memory and as you grow it can remember each disease that you have encountered and learn to adapt to it and protect your body. I think that we should be thankful for each disease that we encounter and defeat because we have those antibodies stored within our body so that we can defeat them if we encounter them again. If you protect your immune system and nurture it properly it will always help you.  All these factors are released with our blood stream.  These cells are constantly going through our blood stream and scouting or searching for antigens or germs to destroy them.  It is a miracle when we think of it. The immune system can work, as it should if properly provided the right nutrients, phytochemicals and also avoiding those things that depress our immunity.
The chemicals, household cleaners,  prescription drugs, social drugs, antibiotics, pesticides, additives present in food, and environmental pollutants all place our immune system in jeopardy.  One of the factors that adversely affect our immune system is stress.  It can alone tear down the intricate part of the immune system and ultimately suppress the normal function of the white blood cells and place undue demands upon the immune system.  This results in a loss of the hearing of the immune system and impairs the healing ability and lowers the defense against infections and viruses.
All the functions of the immune system are an intricate balancing act.  It is even possible to become sick from a too strong immune system. Many different disorders or diseases such as lupus, allergies, rheumatic heart, arthritis and possibly diabetes have been linked to an immune system operating improperly.  This is known as autoimmune or self-attacking disorders. That is why we should try to keep our immune system properly checked and balanced. If we do then we can live a long productive life of freedom from diseases and other things we encounter in life.
