As I have provided the information within this website to help you realize that herbal teas can be used medicinally and therapeutically to help heal the body or used daily for nutrition and enjoyment. You can serve them hot or cold, they provide a variety of tastes, flavor and a much better alternative to caffeine or other drinks. Also you may realize that while partaking of these herbal teas that you are also helping your body thus in turn helping your spirit. They must live in unison with one another. If we can keep our bodies and spirit aligned then we can be free of diseases and feel a lot better spiritually or carnally.
These herbal teas also compliment a meal by helping to aid in digestion or provide a quiet place to the evening's winding down from a hectic day. Many of the blends that i offer will help assist hormonal balance, weight loss, restful sleep, mental alertness and increased energy without central nervous system stimulation or side effects.
Most of these teas are steeped as infusions for three (3) to five (5) minutes or longer if you want your tea to be stronger. One must remember the longer that you let your tea steep the stronger and more bitter the tea will be, but you must also remember the longer you let it steep the more medicinal properties will be left in the water. Beneficial tannins are thought to be the phytochemicals which allow a plant to protect itself from insect bites, bad weather and it is thought to be the basic immune system that plants have adopted. The dark sediment on the bottom of a cup or container is the tannens. They are also beneficial for your health. If you reboil water then you will loose some of the oxygen content and also loose some of the flavor of the tea. It will taste flat. Note: you can order the herbs by ounce and try these teas.
