Trim & Slim Herbal Tea

  We dont have to justify ourselves to anyone except to ourselves.  If you are happy about your physical condition and your physique then you are a happy person. All physicians and health care providers will tell you that it is better to be slim and trim.  If you are 20 percent over your normal weight then you are over weight and it is unhealthy. That is a statement that I read from the Mayo clinic.  How much fat is stored in your body or the percentage of fat that you have.  The causes of obesity is poor diet and lack of exercise. Nutritional foods and Herbs can help you overcome this problem.  We have diuretic herbs that help dissipate water from your system, we are 2/3rd water. We have Herbs that have the correct properties to help your body to detoxify itself.  We also have herbs that will help suppress your appetite.
Alfalfa:  Alkalizes and detoxifies the body, acts like a diuretic.
Dandelion: Cleanses the bloodstream and liver., Used also as diuretic, Good for fluid retention.
Astragalus:  Increases energy and improves nutrient absorption and promotes sweating.
Ginger: Improve digestion and aid in the metabolism of fat content. Cleanses the colon, and stimulates circulation.  A strong antioxidant and effective antimicrobial agent.  Useful for bowel disorders.
Butcher's Broom: Good for obesity, relieves inflammation, circulatory disorders, edema, and swelling.
Hawthron Berries:  Improve and stimulate the adrenal glands and improve the thyroid gland function. and also helps the heart muscle.
Fenugreek: Good for dissolving fat in the liver.
Fennel: Good for appetite suppressant and also removes mucus and fat from the intestinal tract.
Green Tea: Protects against cancer, lowers cholesterol levels,  Shows promise as a weight loss aid that can promote the burning of fat and helps regulate blood sugar s and insulin levels.
Recommendation:  Always eat breakfast. Try to balance your diet, eat proper foods that are not fattening. Eat more complex carbohydrates,(baked potatoes, brown rice, lentils, beans, whole grains, skinless chicken and white fish, always broiled never fried, no shell fish.).  East a lot of fruits and raw vegetables.  Eat broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, onions, radishes, spinach, and turnips.  Eat apples, cantaloupe, bananas, cherries, corn, figs, grapes, green peas, hominy, pears, pineapple, sweet potatoes, white rice and yams.  Do eat greasy foods or fast greasy foods. Drink lots of water and Herbal Teas between meals.  Eat avocados, olives, always cook with olive oil,  If you have to snack eat low fat and low calorie snacks.  Try to get regular exercise or moderate exercise if you are able. Use skim milk or 2% milk. Try to eat a light dinner before going to retire.
Dont's: Do not crash diet. Do not use white flour. Do not eat junk foods.  Don't eat sweets, soda, pastries, pies, cakes, doughnuts, or candy.  Don't use sugar.   Try to fast or try my Fasting Program with Herbal Teas.
Do not consume alcohol. Avoid fast food drive thru's and greasy hamburgers.  Don' worry it causes stress and stress can add weight to your body. Dont consume animals fats, butter, cream, gravies, ice cream,
mayonnaise, meat, dressings that are rich in fat, and whole milk.  Do not chew gum. Dont go shopping for food on an empty stomach.  Dont skip meals. Dont use artificial sweeteners.
Directions:  I mix this tea and all the ingredients are natural, no additives, no caffeine, no artificial coloring and no preservatives.  Just a good source of medicinal properties from plants from Mother Earth.  Use 1 tea bag per cup of water, place container on stove, (do not use aluminum or Teflon), and heat for 3 minutes.  Let steep for 4-5 minutes. If you use bulk tea strain in glass container, you can use a strainer or a paper towel.  I like using a strainer because you get more medicinal properties in the sediments that can be ingested. I also use Stevia because it is all natural sweetener.  You can garnish it with honey or what ever you like.  Enjoy.
